Kurt Perham: Head Coach:

Kurt has competed in endurance sports for nearly 2 decades, starting as a cyclist and nordic skier, he found multisport in the late 90's, and has raced as a triathlete and duathlete since then. Kurt races a "split" season. In the summer he competes in triathlons around the country. Then come winter, Kurt is a top masters skier for the Alpina/Madshus nordic race team.

After receiving his degree in Kinesiology, Kurt moved to the "mecca" that is Boulder, Colorado to try his hand as an elite cyclist. He was lucky to be able to train with some of the best endurance athletes and coaches in the world! To this day, he uses these principles to guide his athletes. He also started helping some local cyclists design training plans based on solid periodization and specific goals. This is when the coaching bug bit!

Wanting to continue his coaching, Kurt attended numerous clinics from USA Cycling, USA Triathlon, New England Nordic Ski Assoc and American Swim Coaches Assoc. To this day, continued education and improving his "game" is a top priority for Kurt. He has worked with athletes from first timers, to Ironman World Champions for the past 11 years.

Sound scientific and practical knowledge guide Kurt in daily coaching and interaction with athletes. He believes in a approach that is able to help the athlete juggle the demands of training with the hectic lifestyle most of us live.
